The Church of St. Michael de Rupe…

One of our days exploring Devon County, we drove through Dartmoor National Park and stopped at a small church built upon a large hill, Brent Tor, overlooking the countryside.  The Church of St. Michael de Rupe, stands 1,110 feet above sea level on an extinct volcanic cone and was built during the 12th and 13th century.
